How to Use Our Product

  • Soak in water for 15-30 minutes and allow to air dry. Space evenly over hot charcoal.  For gas grills place in smoker box. All other types of smokers follow your manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Keep the cooker closed as much as possible since the flavor is in the smoke, and you want to seal in that great smokey flavor into your food.

  • Keeping a spray water bottle on hand is a great way to control flare-ups and add moisture to your food while cooking.
